Monterey Estate Coffees are 100% Organic Bourbon a limited production of 600 bags per year with a small percentage of that being the tiny Peaberry varietal.  The combination of rich volcanic soil and near perfect coffee growing climate produces a wonderful coffee rich in smooth, sweet chocolate tones.
