An extremely large bean, growing and picking the Maragogipe is a labor of love. The crop is extremely limited and we pay a huge premium to insure that workers efforts are rewarded.  This rare and unique bean comes with a pedigree.  We capture its clean bright orange citrus notes that flow into a deep rich cup just before the bean is exposed to being dulled by darkness.  The results are engaging and unforgettable.                                  
In addition to worker’s higher wages, premiums will begin to flow toward infrastructure projects within the community along with needed money to build on sustainable practices.
