A unique blend of our Organic Colombian and our Organic Mexican. Darker than our Breakfast Blend but not as stark as our French Roast.
Our Organic Mexican Onix roasted to a French style while keeping the Organic Colombian just passed a full city roasts produced a smooth rich body with soft cocoa notes. This is a dark roasted blend with a few highlights often missing in the starker bittersweet dark roasts.
