Unlike our Master Blend Espresso (syrupy marzipan), this unique blend creates an espresso that is bright, clean, and winey with hints of chocolate and blackberries. This is not for the faint hearted and unlike traditional espresso it is roasted fairly light to accentuate its characteristics.
Our Organic Ethiopian Amaro Gayo forms the base with its winey brightness. On top of this we add our Organic Sumatra Gayo that creates a rich crema and syrupy body.
