At elevations between 1500 and 2000 meters, this wet process and sun dried coffee is certified Organic Fair Trade. The Oromia's Highland Coffee is grown by indigenous farmers of the southwester rainforest of Ethiopia.
Oromia’s coffee is heirloom, forest-grown, organic, and bird-friendly. The cooperative was awarded first place for their unwashed coffee in the 2005
Eastern African Fine Coffee Association cupping competition. Of the top ten qualifiers in the competition, three were Oromia members.Organic Production: 100%
