Organic Italian Roast
For our Organic Fair Trade Italian Roast, we take this blend one step further by exaggerating the oily finish and creating a darker brown core and exterior. A smoky bittersweetness highlights the smooth creamy finish.
Organic Fair Trade Cepicafe Peru is located on the western slopes of the Andes. All this coffee is grown by small families who have joined this cooperative. The average farm is about 4 acres. Care is taken to grown coffee without damaging the bordering forests. Fruit trees serve as shade for the growing coffee plants. The Fair Trade Premium has helped them to establish organic certification, stabilize prices and reduce their financial risk.
