In the cup you'll find complex flavors of raisin and rich chocolate, engaging acidity, a creamy and silky body, and a depth of character that only the finest Colombian coffees can boast.
This coffee is drawn from the finest Colombian plantations in the department of Nariño, the country's southernmost province. These selected beans are from extremely high altitude farms that grow the Bourbon and Caturra varieties and then process those to an exacting standards. The extra‐large Supremo‐size beans are sorted out for this trademark and sold as our "Proprietor's Reserve."
