Santos Martinez Perez produces our Pacamara in the village of Tepeyac, Nicaragua. Pacamara crops are very low yielders and although prized for their unique cupping notes are rarely grown because of economics. However, Don Santos believes in his coffee and its amazing flavor notes. Since we agree, we also agreed that a high premium was in order. Don Santos has 9 children and 5 grandchildren and is looking toward the future of this crop. Our Pacamara is a very large bean grown at over 1000 meters above sea level.
